Sitting down for five minutes to relax and enjoy a mug of coffee, I thought I’d flick through the TV channels - I only have four so it doesn’t take long.

Newsround, the children’s news programme on BBC1 just happened to be showing a story about the Gwaun Valley in West Wales. Apparently, they celebrate Hen Galan (the old New Year) on 13 January each year.
