Good news for Welsh computer users.  If you’re currently unable to get broadband because your local exchange hasn’t been upgraded, then there is now light at the end of the dial-up tunnel.

The Welsh Assembly has signed a deal with BT to upgrade the last 35 exchanges bringing broadband to a further 10,000 Welsh homes and businesses.
