This is Sir Terry Matthews, the richest person in Wales (£1,200m) - according to the Sunday Times Rich List.  He made his fortune in telecommunications and is now the man behind Newport’s Celtic Manor Resort.

According to the 100 Welsh Heroes Site (posted previously), he’s rated at number 68.
