    £5.10? That’s highway robbery!

  2. Roger of Newport Says:

a motor car carrying a person recieving Incapacity Benefit pays no toll.
Compare this to a retired person on State pension Currently £84.35 per week.
Who has to pay the sum of £5.10 .

a relative of mine runs his own[succesfull ]company in Devon. Yet he pays no toll because his spouse is on [a genuine] Incapacity Benefit.
