Okay, most people cringe when they hear the phrase ‘Call Centre’ but sometimes it can be a good thing.  Here it is good news as Yell, the telephone directory company, is planning to develop a new £3.5m call centre in Newport.

The plan under review will bring 250 new jobs to Newport in support of the company’s 118 247 Directory Enquiries service.
