Plans to re-vitalize the waterfront in Swansea will include a new sports centre. Focusing on “adrenaline sports” such as wind surfing and water-skiing, the Sports Park will be part of a “revamp” of five miles of Swansea coastline. The Grand Canyon has always been a tourist attraction but now there’s the new Skywalk. Under construction 4,000 feet above the Colorado River, the Skywalk will enable tourists to walk out 70 feet from the edge of the Canyon on a glass walkway.
Now that’s something I’ll want to visit when it’s finished!
