Road Charges?
Apparently so. Appears the congestion on Welsh roads is such that the authorities are looking at charging for use of the main roads in Wales. As you might imagine, this is not a popular idea with over 1.5 million people putting their pen to paper and signing a petition against the idea. Well, now they’ve decided that maybe those using Cardiff and Newport roads will have to pay while the rest of Wales goes uncharged. How do you feel about the whole idea?
