Not much of an improvement up here, shelters not allowed to be constructed if they gave anybody the least chance of withstanding the elements. They are all set to resist the ban in England both by defiance in Bolton (the Swan), Blackpool (the Happy Scot) Hereford and with a show of 'international solidarity'. http://www.freedom2choose.co.uk/news1.php?id=258 …while we were fodder in Scotland over a year ago!
