The infamous smoking ban is now in place in Wales. The habit can be a bit costly if you’re caught smoking where you shouldn’t be; £50 and you can just hand it right over on the spot, thank you very much (Heavens!). Fines may also be levied upon establishments who are caught allowing smokers to light up on the premises.

I only hope it doesn’t go as far as it is in the States where, in California, there are movements afoot to ban smoking in your own home and vehicle. A bit too far over the line, to my mind!
