The Welsh Language board has gone one step farther in meeting the needs of handicapped users by providing visitors with the option
of having the page read to them. This service is available in either English or Welsh. What’s especially outstanding about this is the use of an embedded player to handle the job rather than requiring the user to own any assisstive technology. As an instructor of web design and a webmaster by profession, I cannot praise them enough for going this extra mile to accommodate the needs of all of their visitors!
