Cymru66 Runs In Wales
Steve, our blogging comrade over at Cymru66, has apparently been on ‘home turf‘ recently.
In addition to relaxing at such places as Hay-on-Wye, Penarth, St.Fagans and Cardiff Bay, he’s also taken part in a 10k race in Llanelli (Steve’s a running nut - a bit like me, but he seems to have more will power!).

“Running nut” is right….although I have managed to take a break every other day. Heading down to Brighton and London today for a couple of days. Hope to get a run in on the south coast sometime. Been great to be back in Cardiff. So much has changed/is changing, but it’s still a fantastic city!
