Could’ve fooled me! And against England too! 62-5, that’s not a rygbi score that’s a slaughter! Gareth Thomas says Wales will bounce back. Well, we sort of have to, don’t we? We can’t go down much farther.

The sad part of it is the play was so far below the capability of the Welsh squad. We’re usually the ones with possession against England. And next we’ve got Australia. That’s going to be a tough game. After last October’s resounding defeat at the hands of the Ospreys, the Australians are not going to mess about.

I like Thomas’ attitude, though, one of the things that makes him historically a good leader. His re-emergence at the last Wales-England match showed just how strong he is - the team pulled together under his leadership and whomped the daylights out of the opposition. However I think he made a big mistake in his choice of players this time round. Perhaps this will prove a lesson well learnt and we’ll go nowhere but forward from this point on.

But I wish the lesson would have been learnt against ANYBODY else……… *Arwen walks away shaking head in disbelief*
