Can you really have too much coffee? Most of us need coffee just to get us through the normal (normal?!) working day but they do tell us that you can have too much.

Jasmine Willis, earlier this week, helped prove the point when she ODd on espresso coffee at her parents’ shop in Stanley, NE England. Jasmine topped-out at seven double espressos whilst working in the shop. Soon Jasmine developed a fever and began hyperventilating and doctors at the local hospital confirmed a caffeine overdose after she was sent home from work by her father.

Hmm, a hot drink lesson for us all.
