@@@???? I Need my bike Reparied?

I live Just outside of cardiff, My son has bust his bike again and i cant fix it. some one in work metioned this thing called @@@ where they collect your bike from your home free of charge and return it to your house. They just charge you ffor the repair, sopsidly very resonably priced. Has any one ever used @@@? are they any good? whats the catch with @@@?

Hi

Yes we have used them. My Son left his bike out in the Garden all winter and it had all rusted up and was not working. They collected the bike on the Tuesday evening and returned it on the Wednesday evening. The bike now runs as good as new. It cost less than 20 pounds so was a lot cheaper than getting a new bike. I think when he breaks it again I will be using them. I am sorry I have no idea what@@@@@@@@@ stands for.
