Ahhh, I knew there had to be a true 'medical' reason why I drink!

Given the recent rise in numbers of women drinking, haven't you considered the reverse may also be true...

Why do you think a mans first question is "What would you like to drink?" 8)
I remember working behind a bar one time and a girl (about 30 but smart) said "Give me two glasses
of wine and I'm anybodies" so I bought her a bottle of wine and she still went home with her husband.

I remember a great anti-drinking and driving commercial from Scotland, I think. Last year they played it and it was very funny - right along these lines. The guy was getting ready to get into his car and the cops pull up. They both get out of the car and ask the guy if he's been drinking. He says yes. The one cop then asks him if he'd sleep with his partner; a young man (probably not the guy's type at all). Well, the guy nods vigorously as if the partner was the most desirable woman on the planet. They arrest the dude, of course.

Wish I could find it to watch. I tried searching on YouTube but came up empty.

Still, all this doesn't make one feel terribly good about being hit on at a party with a bunch of semi-drunken Welshmen, does it? Gee, thanks Daf! :(

I remember it but I think it was a sketch from a comedy show maybe naked video (found it)

Only half drunk just goes to show how smart you are to begin with. 8)

And in fact it is true Mynwy. It was recently stated on a local radio broadcast that the 'Beer Goggle' effect is not a male problem. Alcohol does not affect men in that way...It just lowers there personal standards perhaps. The 'Beer Goggle' effect, is however something women have a problem with...The drucker you get the better lookin' the bloke gets too. It effects some women worse than others.
