Major Events in Wales

Below is a link to a short questionnaire for my MA dissertation. It 's about 18 questions long, so would just take a couple of minutes out of your day, for which I would be truly grateful. The opinions of those on this Forum would be highly valuable seeing as you are actively engaged with Wales and the Welsh community.

Feel free to pass the link on to anyone who may be interested. The more the merrier. Thanks in advance!

Rhys

Diolch am dy ymateb Brychan.

Mae 'na un fersiwn o'r holiadur er mwyn i'r holl canlyniadau cael eu casglu fel un, heblaw hynny ni fyddai'r canlyniadau werth lawer o gwbl. Y bwriad yw i ganfasio barn nifer o bobl, dwi ddim yn chwilio am barn y Cymry Cymraeg arwahan i'r Cymry di-gymraeg - dwi'n chwilio am ymateb cynhwysol.

Mae'n flin gen i nad yw hyn yn dderbyniol i chi.

Byddai'r holiadur yn fwy cynhwysol pe tasech chi yn rhoi parch i'r ddwy iaith yng Nghymru mewn fformat dwyieithog.

Wela i ddim beth all y broblem fod yn hynny o beth - o ran ei gasglu neu ei ddiddoli.

Ta p'un i, gwnaf ei lanw y tro 'ma - er bod y fformat yn annerbynniol imi - a phob lwc a'r MA.

Hey, guys - just a note. Since this topic was begun in English as well as Welsh, you should be using English (at least summarising) in the rest of your posts. Not everyone on FW reads Welsh. Thanks.

I had a go at Rhys because his questionnaire wasn't bilingual. Rhys gave his reasons why it isn't. I don't agree with him but i said i would fill it in this time although i think his reasoning is wrong and i don't see any problem to filter the information from a bilingual format. That's about it i guess

As Brychan has said. I indicated that there is ony one version of the questionnaire to canvass all opinions, welsh speaking, non-welsh speaking and those outside of Wales. The questionnaire hasn't only been disseminated here and so to ensure continuity it is only in an english-language verison. Having one version should also preseve the integrity of the results.

Diolch am ateb yr holiadur Brychan. Dwi'n gwerthfawrogi hi'n fawr.

Much appreication to everyone who has or plans on responding to the survey.
