Mae Golyg yn gymuned arlein newydd ar gyfer rhannu rhaglenni teledu Cymraeg.

Ble bynnag yn y byd rydych yn byw, gallwch rwan lawrlwytho a mwynhau rhaglenni Cymraeg o fewn horiau i'w ddarllediad gwreiddiol yn ogystal a rhai hen raglenni drwy dull rhannu ffeiliau BitTorrent. Mae nifer o'r ffeiliau fideo yn dod gyda isdeitlau Cymraeg a/neu Saesneg ac mae yna amrywiaeth o raglenni ar gael. Gallwch hefyd gwneud cais am eich hoff raglen os nad ydy eisoes yn amserlen y wefan.

Welsh television with Golyg

Golyg is a new online community for sharing Welsh television programmes.

Wherever in the world you live, you can now download and enjoy Welsh programmes within hours of their original broadcast as well as some older programmes through BitTorrent file sharing. Many of the video files come with English and/or Welsh subtitles and there is a variety of programmes available. You can also request your favourite programme if it isn't already in the site's schedule.

It's all completely free, so come and join us. We'll be welcome to help you get started and answer any questions you have.

Just a few words to support this new online community , http://www.golyg.com. I've been using it for about a month , and I'm very happy indeed with the programmes and the support on hand.
This Christmas, we were able to watch Welsh Language programmes for the first time in 15 years !

I don't think you need an invitation to Golyg. Just go to the site and sign up.

When I try to sign up it asys: "Like some other private torrent trackers, Golyg at present only admits new members who have an invitation to the site by a current member."

so someone who is a bemer has to invite you.

Huh. Well, that isn't what it used to be. I'm not a member there (tried it once but didn't really work for me) so I can't help you there.

If you want an invite, you need to ask a current member there quite a few about, or just jump on the irc channel which is embedded in the golyg site where it says chat/sgwrsio. Be patient when asking however, as people may not be active in the channel but will see it later. They may want to have a chat to you first, as the people you invite affect your ratio to a degree.
